WHY CHOOSE DRIED BEANS?

Canned Beans: 15 oz cans = 10 oz drained beans. Often contain BPA, added sodium, sugar, and preservatives, resulting in less value and compromised quality.
Dried Beans: 1 lb = ~3 lbs cooked beans. They have a fresher taste, better value, longer shelf life, and no additives or BPA—just pure, farm-fresh goodness.

BASIC COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Rinse and sort thoroughly, removing any debris or small stones.
Soak beans for 6-8 hours or overnight and drain.
Boil beans in 6-8 cups of fresh water for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 90 minutes or until desired tenderness. For convenience, finish cooking in a slow cooker or Instant Pot.

NOTE: Always cook beans thoroughly. Undercooked beans may contain naturally occurring plant lectins.
