We decided we can either be swallowed up with grief for a lifetime or make a legacy by growing clean food with dirty hands. We choose to make a change on every acre in Dad’s honor. Dad always taught his family to “think outside the box” So we did!

For all you “techies-I need to know people”, here it is in short. Glyphosate is also known to inhibit cytochrome P450 enzymes. Which makes humans and animals deficient in iron, cobalt, molybdenum, copper and other rare essential metals associated with celiac disease. Our government is upping the “safety” standards to fit the weed control in conventional farming practices, which is attributed to the strong ability to chelate our nutrients in our bodies. In short, this means that no matter how much you eat, as long as it is farmed conventionally, glyphosate will chelate our vitamins and micronutrients and is then eliminated from our bodies & not absorbed. This is when diseases set in. It also does the same for animals and disrupts our environment for up to 25 plus years, depending on soil composition.
